Check if the crash contains this message:

[Pterodactyl Daemon] ---------- Detected server process in a crashed state! ----------

[Pterodactyl Daemon] Out of Memory: true

If you see "Out of Memory: true", it means that your Minecraft server is running out of memory and needs to be upgraded. You can easily do this via the client panel for your desired server.

Another message you might encounter is:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

This also indicates that there is not enough RAM available. You will need to upgrade to a larger package in this case as well.
