Want your customers to see the DirectAdmin panel under your own brand name and logo, instead of our default branding? This is possible via the branding options within your reseller account.

Setting your own logo

1. Log in to your reseller account via yourreseller.com:2222.
2. Go to Reseller Level.
3. Click Account Manager and choose Creator Settings, or look for Branding/Skin Manager, depending on the exact naming in your panel version.
4. Upload your own logo at the specified size.
5. If available, also adjust the color scheme or theme.
6. Save the changes.

Note: Not every branding option is available for every reseller package. Not sure whether your package supports this? Contact us.

Having your customers log in via your own domain

Want customers to log in via, for example, panel.yourcompany.com instead of :2222 on their own domain? This requires a change to the DNS settings and is best set up together with us.

1. Create a support ticket.
2. Provide the (sub)domain you want to use for this.
3. We will help you with the correct DNS and panel configuration.

Troubleshooting

• Logo isn't showing: check whether the file matches the correct dimensions and file type.
• Customers still see the old branding: ask the customer to clear their browser cache, sometimes the browser still shows an old version.
