Here we explain why your villagers may not be breeding.
If your villagers are not breeding, you need to do the following:
1. In your game, run the following command (make sure you have OP status; click here for instructions):
/gamerule mobGriefing true
You can also do this in the console, (IMPORTANT: use the command without the /, write it like this: gamerule mobGriefing true
Your villagers should now be able to breed again.
